How can I place my order?

You can place an order online with secure payment processing via PayPal.  It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to place your order.  PayPal is a secure service that we use in order to process your online payment.  Once you have selected your items and you click on the "Process to Checkout" button in the shopping cart you will be prompted to login (for those that have a PayPal account) or your can continue without an account.  Acceptable forms of payment are listed on the shopping cart and may vary based on PayPal's policies.  Please note that as a security measure and due to the increased cost of credit card processing American Express credit card payments can only be used with an online purchase when availble via PayPal.  Only Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted for phone orders and regional and International events.  Of course, checks (drawn on a US bank in US funds) and US Money Orders are always accepted at the address listed above.  Any further questions - just give us a call or email us.
 
Refunds/Returns
Kare Enterprises will be happy to exchange your purchase for other merchandise, but cannot issue refunds on purchased items.  Ordered the wrong size?  Simply contact us and we can exchange your purchase for another size.  All exchanges are subject to approval from management and all exchanged items must be received by Kare Enterprises, Inc. in salable condition free from flaws, defects, and any other notable condition.

Do you do custom work for my chorus or quartet?

Yes, we specialize in custom designed work.  Email us at rob@KareEnterprises.com and let us know what you are looking for.  We have hundreds of items from t-shirts to jackets available to choose from and we have a variety of different ways to get your design on your item.  We can customize using embroidery, Rhinestone studs, colored metallic studs, glittered heat press, shimmer heat press, opaque heat press, and silk screen process just to name a few.  Minimum orders may apply for custom orders and are based on the design style and materials involved.  Quantity discounts are often applied to orders of 50 or more, but again is determined by the materials used and the overall cost for the project.

 

Do I need to already have a logo or design for my chorus or quartet?

It is recommended that you already have a logo or design in mind for your project.  Any process that would require the use of a logo style design must be submitted to us for proper duplication including applicable copyright permissions etc...

 

Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed in the order received and are shipped within 1-2 business days.  In the event your order cannot be processed within this timeframe you will be notified via email.  Please provide a phone number with your order for additional contact method. Also note that orders received during the months March, April, May, September, October, and November may incur an additional delays due to schedules imposed by regional and international conventions.
